专利摘要:
Deflection device for a safety belt which has one end attached to an automatic winder and the other end of the belt adapted for locking engagement. Between the automatic winder and the lock, the belt is routed over a fixed rounded deflection cross bar. The deflection crossbar and at least a portion of the deflection device for securing it to the vehicle constitute one continuous piece of metal made of a single piece of bent tube material.

(54) VEHICLE SAFETY BELT
The invention relates to the field of passive safety of a car user, namely to the design of a car seat belt guide.
The closest technical solution to the invention is a car safety belt, comprising an upper fastening part and a lower part made of a circular material, having a straight line section for contact with the safety belt and bent, oriented towards the upper part ends flattened in the last one.
The disadvantages of the known design are the complexity of the technology of
preparation, as well as an insufficient radius of curvature of the guide, which causes an increased deflection of the safety belt in the area of the straight line section and at the same time affects the belt of increased load.
The purpose of the invention is to simplify manufacturing technology and increase operational reliability.
The goal is achieved by the fact that the lower part is made of tubular material.
In this case, the latter, in the area of the rectilinear region, has an outer diameter of at least 12 mm, preferably at least 14 mm.
In addition, the lower part of the guide in the area between the rectilinear
10, the section and the ends are flattened in the transverse direction relative to its axis of symmetry.
These bent ends can be overlapped with each other,
15 and the hole for the fastening element is made at these ends.
FIG. 1 shows a seatbelt guide, front view; FIG. 2 - the same, side view; on
20 of FIG. -3 - section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 4 V section BB in FIG. 1} in FIG. 5-guide (second embodiment, embodiments), front view f in FIG. 6 - the same, side view; in FIG. 725, section B-B in FIG. five; in fig. 8 section GGD figure 5; FIG. 9-Sec. DD-D in FIG. five.
In the first embodiment (Fig. 1-4), the safety belt guide comprises an upper fastening part 1 with a hole 2 for the fastening element and a lower part 3 made of a tubular material and having a straight line section 4 for contacting the safety belt (not shown) , passing into the bent ends 5 and 6, oriented towards the upper part 1.
The bent ends 5 and b are flattened and interconnected by an overlap, and the hole 2 for the fastening element is made at these ends.
The plane of abutment of the ends 5 and b can be located at an acute angle to the vertical central plane of the rectilinear section 4. of the lower part of the guide (Fig. 2), which ensures ease of fastening of the specified section, for example, at the front of the car body and increases ease of stretching seat belt. ,
The section of the pipe along sections 7 and 8 of the curvature of the splint (Figs. 2-4). In this case, in the area of the straight section 4, the lower tubular part has an outer diameter of at least 12 mm, for example, 18 mm, and a flat or slightly thickened surface. The pipe is preferably made of steel.
In the second embodiment (Figs. 5-9), the guide rail is formed by a pipe 9 and a fastening element 1 made of a metal blank.
The pipe 9, as in the first embodiment, has a straight line section 11 with a circular cross section, two curved sections 12 and 13 with a flattened section in the direction towards the ends (Fig. 7 and 8) and two flattened ends 14 and 15 (Fig. 9 ).
The fastening element 10 has a diamond-shaped section 16 with a hole 17 for the fastening element, while the section 16 on the two adjoining sides is made with flanging 18 At the ends of the latter, the tapered ends 14 and 15 are fixed by rivets 19 or welding 20
The invention provides a simplification of manufacturing technology, a decrease in metal consumption, as well as an increase in operational reliability by increasing the perception of an increased tension guide when the belt is exposed, i.e. increase the service life of the latter.
